Our Call Center School was crowned with gold award by Brandon Hall!
Our Call Center School, which we launched in October 2019 as a ground-breaking project in Turkey, won the gold award in the Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development category at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, organized by Brandon Hall Group, one of the most prestigious research and consulting organizations in the world.
In his statement about the award, Ömer Faruk Tüfekçi, Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer of AssisTT, said, “Considering our positioning as the leading player of the sector, training human resources to be qualified and competent is one of our material agenda items. Having launched our Call Center School project with a view to contributing to the call center sector and facilitating students’ transition to their careers, we are proud to see it being appreciated by such prestigious international institutions. We have opened the doors of our Call Center School, which we established based on the belief that it was our social responsibility to share our sectoral experience and know-how, to anyone seeking career opportunities in this industry. We also cooperate with universities to reach young people, especially the students in Call Center Departments. To date, we have signed cooperation protocols with Sivas Cumhuriyet, Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs, Düzce, Uludağ and Selçuk Universities. In the coming period, we aim to reach more young people by increasing the number of our university collaborations. In addition to providing theoretical knowledge, we also prioritize the students at our Call Center School for internships and in recruitment.”
Our Call Center School is open to anyone interested in our industry.
The Call Center School, which we established in 2019, provides training support to industry professionals, Call Center Department students and anyone interested in this field with expert trainers. Our project, which started with in-class training, was digitized due to the pandemic. Students are offered basic and advanced training as part of the program.
